Technical details

• Curaflex gasket insert C 40 includes two 40 mm strong EPDM full rubber gaskets. These extra wide and soft gaskets provide a perfect sealing on smooth medium pipe surfaces. This is ideal for sealing pre- insulated pipes (district-heating).
• for installation in pipe sleeves or core bores
• double sealing
• leak-proof against pressing water
• gas-tight
• accepts axial movements

Parts:

• - asymmetrically profiled steel rings: electro-galvanized, yellow passivated and sealant-coated;
• - elastomer: 2 x 27 mm EPDM-seal ("Doyma-Grip")
• - 3 mm EPDM middle ring in orange colour
